Yubel:
"attacking a pregnant woman on her wedding. fair and square. if you consider that fair, then beating him in a one on one battle was also fair, so we had all right to have the throne and therefore he took it with force. he is as much a thief as us. now where is he?"

Guard: No one attacked you except that cat but he's not Waltz's ally.

[Kronus]

Yubel:
"okay okay. I was distracted by giving birth, we were in a marriage, those cats started chaos and then Waltz attacked with an entire army. sure, that's more fair and square than any one on one battle. now where is he?"

[Ebilfluffykitty]

Guard: I wasn't aware that six people constitutes an army. Besides your husband had his monsters so he was evenly matched. And why are you blaming Waltz for those cats attacking during your wedding? He had nothing to do with that.

[Kronus]

Yubel:
"I am blaming him for attacking 6 against one on a wedding. he started a battle on a wedding. a battle while I was giving birth. We however had a fair one on one fight. we didn't backstab him like you did on us. now where is he?"

[Ebilfluffykitty]

Guard: From what Waltz told me, your husband didn't even let him fight back. How is that fair?

[Kronus]

Yubel:
"he confronted him and then attacked him. If Walz is too week that's not our fault. we told him we would attack him and it was 1 on 1. you attacked 6 on 1 during a wedding. I want to know where he is."

[Ebilfluffykitty]

Guard: six on one plus all those monsters. That big snake monster is worth three of us. Your husband was able to fend off his attackers with no trouble. Waltz on the other hand had no opportunity to fight back. Your husband prevented him from being able to do so. Restraining him with that snake monster. Having it bite and incapacitate him. It was a surprise attack in both cases, the difference being that your husband had the opportunity to fight back.

[Kronus]

"well we are stronger of cause. so when will you tell me where he is?"

[Ebilfluffykitty]

"If restraining preventing a man from fighting back means that you're stronger, then I could argue that your husband is weak for being so easily kidnapped."

[Kronus]

"and you would be bloody right with that. where can I find that brat?"

[Ebilfluffykitty]

"Then why do you say you and your husband are stronger when it's clearly a lie?"

[Kronus]

"because we defeated him. where is that brat?"

(Why is that random guard, talking to Yubel, a random guard and not Jade?)

Ollen: I loosen my hold on Rene's neck. "Forgive me, my glorious cousin." I bow before Rene, kissing the back of his hand.

Callie: In the middle of the night, I start talking in my sleep, tossing and turning. "No... Yubel... stop this... Please... Bakura. Ouch... Ow... AHHHHH!!!" My own screaming, awakens my, causing me to sit up in bed. Realizing I'm fine and in the infirmary, not tortured in the dungeon. I curl myself into a ball, on my bed, wrapping my arms around me, shivering, trying desperately to force away the images of the bad dream. I can't help myself, I begin crying.

Gcar: Having heard Callie's scream, I leave my office. "Callie?" Going to Callie's bedside. I see Callie crying. I sit next to Callie, putting my arms around her. Drawing Callie close, I put her head on my shoulder, in my comfort of her. "It's okay, Callie. Let it out. Go ahead and cry. You're okay, now."

[Kronus]

Rene:
I giggle "you shall receive amnesty"

(that gcar is now hugging Callie more or less makes it impossible for Milan to appear)

(Does it have to be Jade?)

(In my mind it would be funnier if it was Jade. But you don't have to if you don't want to. I can just imagine that Jade is the random guard in disguise.)
(@Kronus, I was planning that scene of Callie having a nightmare with Bakura in the same room as her for AGES. I just couldn't find a plausible opportunity to it slip it in. I wanted Bakura to nearby so he could know the amount of damage that was done to Callie and her mind. He may not care, but he knows.)

Gcar: When Callie's crying subsides, I notice she's got the hiccups. "Need some water?" I see Callie nod. I go fetch her a cup of water. I see Callie drink the water to cure her hiccups, then lay back down, after handing back the cup. I refill the cup then leave it on her table. "If you need anything more, let me know." I start back toward my office when I notice Bakura. I shrug, I get him a cup of water, as well, then disappear into my office.

[Ebilkitty]

"And we defeated your husband. The difference is we actually let him fight back instead of beating him up while he was unarmed and defenseless" The guard replied.

[Ebilkitty]

Bakura had heard Callie screaming in her sleep. The curtain around his bed was only closed halfway, indicating that he did want a little privacy but he would still be willing to talk to anyone on the other side of it. "Callie?"

[gcar90]

Callie:  I startle in my bed.  "I'm sorry, Bakura, I didn't mean to wake you up."

[Ebilkitty]

"You didn't. I wasn't asleep."

[gcar90]

Callie:  I curl into a ball, feeling ashamed and embarrassed.  "Still, I'm sorry to have disturbed you at all.  I-I can't help my nightmares.  I've never been the same... since..."  I pause.  "Never mind, you don't remember it.  So it's no use talking about it.  Besides it's my problem and my problems are nothing, compared to what you went through as a child.  I'm sorry you got hurt so badly."  I try to get comfy, again, eventually getting sleepy.  "Good night, Bakura.  I'll try not to have any more nightmares, tonight."

(Setting up for Milan to enter the infirmary.)

[Ebilfluffykitty]

"You didn't disturb me. The nightmares aren't you're fault. You can't help them."

[gcar90]

Callie: "It's okay, Bakura. You don't have to pretend to care. I know you don't. Good night." I fall asleep.

[gcar90]

(I should mention the scene of Callie having a nightmare with Bakura around to get his reaction to it was never designed to be long. It was just something I've been wanting to do for a long time, but could never find the right place to put it in.)
