Waltz arrived in Sinnoh with his partner Lucario by his side. It was nice to have some time to himself and take a break from ruling an entire world. Besides he trusted his closest friend to fill in for him while he was gone.

"Let's stop by the Pokemon Center, Lucario. Then we can figure out what to do from there."

[PalkiaDS]

Lucario: -he nods- Yes, Waltz. -he looks on down the path ahead of them- I do wonder what is in store for us this time.

[Ebilfluffykitty]

"I never got to go on my Pokemon journey and challenge the gyms when I was here before. I was too busy at the time."

[PalkiaDS]

Lucario: True... Taking on the gyms will be pretty tough, but it will be nice. -so we can say they head on to the pokemon center and arrive?

[Ebilfluffykitty]

"I think we can manage. Let's go." Waltz replied. He and Lucario headed to the Pokemon center and soon arrived.

-once they arrive...-

Nurse Joy: -at the counter as she calls out to them- Hello and welcoome to the Pokemon Center! How may I help you?

(What city are they in?)

"Hello Nurse Joy. I was wanting to start my journey and wondering if you could direct me to the lab?" Waltz replied.

(I suppose the first one)

Nurse Joy: You want to start your journey? That's wonderful to hear! The lab is in Sandgem Town.

[Ebilfluffykitty]

"Thank you kindly." Waltz replied. He went to the wall and looked at a map of the region. "Looks like Sangem Town is this way. Let's go, Lucario."

Nurse Joy: You're welcome, and good luck on your journey!

Lucario: -he nods, Alright, Waltz. -and so they head on down there I guess?-

[PalkiaDS]

(Eterna forest comes after the oreburgh gym. once you go through floroma after that and north, you arrive to it. so that would mean one gym defeat, which might take a while if we decide to play that out.)

(We could skip through it if you want. Though since my battle style is to exploit type advantages, the battles wouldn't take long, especially with Waltz's Pokemon fully evolved, aside from Fenniken. And getting a Sinnoh starter isn't an option because Waltz has Swampert and Serperior. Unless we make it so he's not allowed to use a starter from another region or something. I dunno.)

(Okay, we can skip. Should I post my post as they arrive at eterna forest?
But I'm fine with having the starters from other places stay.)

Lucario: -as they arrive, he glances up at the trees- Are you ready to enter Eterna forest?

Alice: -however, on the inside of it, around the back of it, was her home. it was known as the old chateau. she wasn't in it right now though, since she decided to go out to try and look for some berries(in the forest) for her pokemon friends in the forest. some were tired, as well as sick. that's why she wanted to go out and get berries for them to help-

"Yes, let's go."

(We are having Waltz and Alice already know each other from Crossover right?)

(Oh, I thought you wanted them to not know each other. But if we want that to happen, then sure, that can happen. We can say that life returned back to the usual for her once she returned, but she does miss some of the friends she made back in crossover.

And another idea: This could be a side thread, but when we finish, we can choose for it to be "inserted" into the main thread if you want. When Waltz has a free moment where he's not used, this all could happen in the main thread. If it's too long, we can say it only happens for a day or hours or so, since different universes can have differences as to how fast time can go by or something. An easy example to relate that explanation to: The earth world and Narnia. So many years in narnia may only be a little time on earth. So that means a lot of time in the pokemon world can be just a little time in crossover c: But once we finish this thread, when Waltz is free, we can "insert" it into the main thread. Like, have him leaving and then coming back only in the main thread. As for Alice, she could've just been brought back there a day or so ago by a portal because she strayed too close and it sucked her in, and then it closed. In the end, she could return with Waltz. So that way, technically, this side thread could be canon with what happens inside of it. You get it?)

Lucario: -he nods and goes on into the forest with him, looking around as they do enter-

(That works. It'd be a main thread event that's played out in a side thread since it doesn't take place in crossover itself. We did that before in the old roleplay if I remember correctly)

Waltz looked around too, seeing random Pokemon running around in the grass. Feeling something tickle his ankle, he looked down and saw a Bunery sniffing at him. He tried to stay perfectly still, but moved his leg ever so slightly and ended up scaring the Bunery off. "Hey wait I didn't mean to scare you! Come back!" He sighed, feeling a little upset, mostly with himself. "Oh well. I'll just have to be more careful I guess."

Lucario: -he frowns slightly at the sight. it was wild, probably didn't have much human interaction... but he places a hand on Waltz's shoulder- I'm sure it'll be alright, Waltz. Let's continue on and see if we meet any more pokemon.

Alice: -she stops picking oran berries from this one bush when she hears a familiar voice... who was it again? wait, it was Waltz! how did he wind up here?! it only takes her a second to remember that he actually had pokemon from this world, though, since there was supposed to be a constantly open portal somewhere in crossover. she looks back at the bush and quickly picks a few more berries, which is quite enough for her little pokemon friends. when she's done putting the berries in her basket, she goes on to try and find where Waltz actually is in the forest. it won't be too much longer if she did that-

Waltz saw something move out of the corner of his eye. He looked in the direction of the movement but there was nothing there. "Hm? I could have sworn..." He muttered. He shook his head. "Perhaps I imagined it."

Lucario: -that puts him a little on edge though, and he proceeds to scan the aura of the surrounding area to see wherever the thing that moved was. however, he senses the aura of a familiar person, but he can't exactly recall the name...- No, you didn't. The person... their aura seems familiar, but I can't really remember the name...

Alice: -and she finally spots him as soon as she pushes aside some branches of a tree! so he really was here...-

Waltz again saw movement out of the corner of his eye. He turned to look and saw Alice. "Alice!" He waved to his friend. "I didn't know you'd returned home."

Alice: -she waves back and decides to come on over-It's nice to see you again Waltz! I didn't exactly return here... -she chuckles just slightly- I got a little curious about some portal that was in a place it wasn't in before, and before i know it, I'm back here and the portal's gone! But still, it's kinda nice being back, being able to see the pokemon that helped raise me again.

"Ah. Well I decided on a whim to come back and challenge the gyms in all of the regions since I'm not all that busy right now. I already have my first badge too."

(I kinda want to play out the battle between Maylene's Lucario and Waltz's Lucario when we get to that point)
